Connect With Peers

We’re excited to introduce a new initiative from US Africa Initiatives (USAFI):
The Global Africa Community Hive.

This program is designed to foster authentic one-on-one conversations between changemakers across Africa and the diaspora. Our goal is to create a space for trusted dialogue, cross-border collaboration, and shared learning across the many sectors shaping Africa’s future.

Through monthly matched video conversations, participants can:

  • Connect with peers who share your interests, geography, or role

  • Explore key topics like governance, resource mobilization, diaspora engagement, IDEA practices, leadership, innovation, and more

  • Build relationships that go beyond networking—this is about meaningful, peer-based support

The overarching goal is to contribute to a brighter and more prosperous future for civic, nonprofit, micro enterprises and educational institutions in Africa  through one-to-one chats.  Register Now.

Long-Term Commitment to Collaboration

Global Africa Community Hive (GACH) is a focused, long-term initiative aimed at creating opportunities to connect with people who share a similar desire to address challenges and opportunities in any or all of the 54 countries in Africa.  As host of TAPESTRI (TAP on Africa) and as a partner with universities in Africa and the U.S., USAFI in collaboration with Community Hive launched GACH to be a catalyst for new collaborations and matching of resources with needs.
